Meerkatsu has been involved in BJJ gear development and production for so long, it's astounding that his own personal brand has only launched in 2013. By that time, he'd seen more styles and designs than most of us will in our BJJ lifetime! Having seen so much, it's only natural that he's putting out some very well done equipment.
His new Midnight Tiger rashguard utilizes extremely soft fabrics that won't fold under the pressures of BJJ training. The 92% polyester, 8% spandex blend is one of the most comfortable we've come across, without compromising flexibility or durability. Across each fabric panel, you'll find original Meerkatsu illustrations with intricate detailing, and all of it's sublimated... Totally immune to peeling and fading, no matter how much you train and wash your gear.
The comfy compression fit is maintained via panel construction, each piece held together with flatlock stitching (turned inward so they're just as durable but not as visible from the outside). Finished with durable fold-over sleeve cuffs and separate neck piping for improved comfort.
The old fashioned neck tag has been abandoned and replaced with a more convenient sublimated label inside the neck, printed directly onto the material. Gone are the days of those itchy neck tags - you know, the ones that you always end up ripping out and potentially damaging the seams? No more!
