Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been processed for shipment in our warehouse. If you do receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and call the Customer Service Center for hassle-free return instructions.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?

USA Shipments
Free Shipping is available for mainland US orders. Shipping to Canada is a flat-rate $19.99. Shipping outside of the US and Canada is a flat-rate $39.99. Recipient is responsible for all customs and any potential international fees imposed by their country's Customs agency.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders take 1-2 days to process and the standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-7 days, and Priority Mail is 2-3 days.
Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Yes, We use USPS Priority Mail for P.O.Box orders.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue (note: Your credit card billing address must be a verified address and match the one on file with your credit card company.)
